Return & Refund Policy – lxogadgets

At lxogadgets, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Final sale items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photo/video).

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
